chocolate melts quickly. If you are
sending chocolate to a warm place, please
select Next Day shipping with Cold Pack
Option at checkout (an additional $28.95
per order applies). We are not responsible
for melted chocolate if you do not choose
this option, and your order is shipped
to a warm address (i.e. Arizona, Florida,
Texas). This is the default shipping method for all orders placed between 5/15 and 9/15.
When shipping please consider using a ship to address where someone will be available to accept the package. A doorstep is not a safe place for chocolate! Also a business address is better than a residential address, but please make sure the post office delivers to the business. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for melted chocolate if you supply us with an incorrect shipping address!
Due to temperature variations throughout the country we may chose NOT to ship your product over a weekend. Your order may not arrive in good condition if it sits in a warehouse over a weekend. Because of this we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries.
We can ship most products to PO, APO, PFPO addresses. However, we cannot guarantee when the package will arrive.
Next Day / Express shipping rates do NOT apply to Saturday delivery. Additional charges apply for Saturday delivery, no Sunday delivery is available at this time.
